Story so far

Since formation in May 2018 Asyn Solutions Limited has undertaken a variety of appointments from developers, main contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, utility companies and private land owners.

Commissions to date include:

In March 2024 another part time contract was signed with an SME contractor to work as a new business and pre-construction manager to generate new opportunities, manage tenders, write bids and help with process engineering and develop the Technical team. 

In February 2024 a commission was received from an architects practice to project manage and write a bid submission to secure a place on a National HA framework. This was successful and 1 of only 5 places was secured. 

In Oct 2023 a commission was received from a ground works contractor to assess a series of sites to become a new office and plant yard. The role included procuring consultants, negotiation with Planning authorities and risk appraisals. 

 

In Sept 2023 a commission from an SME contractor / developer was signed to work part time as a Pre-construction Manager which is still ongoing. The role includes tender appraisals, bid management, client and Employer interface.

2022: An appointment from an SME contractor to provide New Business management support, manage tenders, draft written submissions and attend meetings with clients and consultants. 

2022: An appointment by a large civil engineering company to project manage the discharge of multiple planning conditions on a large scale infrastructure contract in NW London.

2021: An appointment from an SME contractor to provide New Business support and draft written submissions. 

2021: A 3 month appointment to generate refurbishment and fire remediation work new business leads for a regional contractor

2021: An appointment by a developer to negotiate a s106 Agreement and to agree terms with an RSL to purchase the affordable housing element of a site in Essex. 

2021: Two commissions from an engineering practice to write the bid submission for Housing Association frameworks.

2021: Two commissions from a medium sized contractor to research and write analysis reports on the market opportunities being procure by London Boroughs, Local Authorities and Housing Associations.

2020: Two commissions from an architectural practice to write the bid submission for Housing Association frameworks.

2020: An appointment by a private landowner to analyse the options to maximise the sale of a high value tract of land in Surrey.

2020: A commission from an architectural practice to write the bid submission for a large development in West London.

2020: Three commissions form a North London developer to review and manage land bids, including design and financial proposals.

2019: A commission from an engineering practice to draft the technical responses for two Housing Association and one London Borough engineering frameworks.

2019: A 3 month commission to  generate new business leads and develop a customer database for a national multi-utility provider.

2019: A commission to undertake market feedback and then facilitate a strategic business planning workshop with the board of directors of a regional structural & civil engineering consultancy.

2019: An appointment to manage the working drawings of a 26 dwelling, mixed tenure development including consultant appointments, chairing design meetings, interface with the Local Authority Planning & Building Control departments and the NHBC.

2019: Design consultancy advice for a specialist civil engineering contractor on a £20m mixed tenure infrastructure contract.

2018: A 6 month contract to project manage a planning application for a medium sized residential development, including consultant appointments, a suite of surveys and interfacing with the local authority.

2018: A series of risk management commissions from a large regional contractor to provide risk registers and commentary of very complex mixed tenure, urban developments.

2018: Several bid writing commissions from regional contractors for residential and commercial developments.

2018: A 6 month commission as a New Business Manager for a regional contractor identifying new opportunities, setting up monitoring tools and bid writing for tenders and frameworks.

2018: Two large scale bid management commissions from a specialist civil engineering contractor to secure mixed tenure infrastructure contracts.
