Willingale Road, Loughton

Having been commissioned by Debden Developments, Keith procured the surveys, appointed the design consultants and project managed the planning application and working drawings of 17 houses for sale, 9 apartments of affordable housing and a community hall. Demolition was completed in the Autumn of 2019. Following extensive s106 Agreement negotiation and a long delay due to an issue between Natural England and Epping Forest District Council., the development will be completed in August 2024.

Myatts Field / Oval Quarter, Camberwell.

Whilst at Higgins Construction Keith commissioned PRP Architects and Savills to secure a Reserved Matters planning consent for 808 new build dwellings and a community centre. As Technical Director Keith led the Pre-construction team that delivered the working drawings and discharged all of the approvals with The London Borough of Southwark Planning Department, NHBC and Building Control. Following a long process of analysing various forms of construction, light gauge steel frame was selected. The MMC product enabled all 808 mixed tenure dwellings to be completed in only  5 years on site.

Silwood Street, Bermondsey

Whilst at Higgins Construction Keith led the Technical team which commissioned PRP Architects to secure the planning consent. PRP was retained to deliver the working drawings for 87 dwellings, with CTP providing structural and civil engineering design. Higgins Homes were the client for the private sale marketed as 'Blueprint'. The development was mixed tenure with Notting Hill contracting separately for the design & construction of a further 40 dwellings.

Rayners Lane estate, Harrow

Whilst at Willmott Dixon Keith led the technical team to secure the first phase of this long running estate regeneration. Following award of a pre-contract letter of intent, Keith set up the design appointments and through excellent performance several subsequent phases were negotiated. The entire regeneration of 300 dwellings and a community centre for Home Group took nearly 10 years to deliver.

Denham Garden Village

Whilst at Willmott Dixon Keith led the two stage tender bid to deliver 326 dwellings and a leisure centre for Anchor Trust to create a new retirement village.  Following award of a pre-contract appointment Keith commissioned the design consultants and managed the technical c team through the working drawings with with PRP Architects and Baldock Quick as engineers. Working closely with the Estimating department he was part of the team that negotiated the contract with Philip Pank Partnership as Employers Agent. The completed development is a model of sustainable construction with the winner of several awards.

Barnet Care Homes, Finchley

Whilst at Willmott Dixon Keith led the pre-construction team. Working with Catalyst, Hunters Architects and Hunters Employers Agents the team secured planning consent, and delivered the design development for a series of replacement care homes in Finchley. The construction used several innovative solutions including light gauge steel frame superstructures, and 'off site' manufactured bathrooms.

Weale Road, Chingford

Whilst at Higgins Construction Keith led the technical team in delivering the working drawings for this extra care sheltered block.  The client was C33 (now Clarion) with PRP as architect for the concept and working drawings, Tully De'Ath as engineers, and Baily Garner as Employers Agent. The project was negotiated following the delivery of three similar sheltered blocks built in Merton with the same project team using the PPC 2000 form of contract.

St. John's School, Epping, Essex

Whilst at Higgins Construction Keith led the technical team in securing planning consent for a 6 form entry secondary school and 149 dwellings . Essex County Council was the ultimate client with Higgins Homes acting as development partner and funder for the land swap. Hunters South were commissioned as Architects for the school planning consent plus working drawings, with GGA as structural engineers, and Hulley & Kirkwood as MEPH engineers. The site presented many challenges with negotiation required with Epping Forest district Council, Essex County Council and the City of London Corporation.
