Design Consultant Frameworks

Asyn Solutions can optimise the involvement of design consultants by setting up a framework that attracts the best practices and provides regular feedback to make incremental improvements to delivery. Keith has successfully created and managed such frameworks for Willmott Dixon and Higgins Construction.

Design Co-ordination

Keith has successfully led design teams on large scale regeneration projects, high value residential projects, and both primary and secondary schools.

Planning applications

Asyn Solutions can project manage your planning application by reviewing your desired outcome and assembling a team of design consultants and specialist survey companies to achieve planning consent. Keith has worked with some of London's largest and most successful architects to achieve successful consents on high value residential projects, estate regeneration and education projects. The programme will be mapped out and presented in a series of short term objectives identifying the responsibilities of each member of the team.

Project Management

Asyn Solutions will assess the needs of a project and provide a strategy to achieve the desired outcome. Keith has successfully led many projects, motivating team members, and by using tried and tested management tools of programmes and checklists, delivered within the agreed timescale and budget.

Risk Management

Asyn Solutions will work with the project team to analyse risks for each discipline, and then by use of a detailed risk register develop a hierarchy of risks with mitigation strategies and task allocation. Keith has developed and implemented such an approach on several complex estate regeneration projects such as Myatts Field, Rayners Lane, and Kings Crescent estate.

Keith can strip down any tender and provide an analysis of the tender drawings and employers requirements to enable any bidder to understand the risks and assemble a team of experts to make a strong bid. The majority of Keith's career has been in a pre-construction role working on Design & Build tenders. Drawing on years of experience Keith will be able to add value to any bid, identifying a strategy to obtain a successful outcome and to offer value engineering ideas to make the bid more efficient.
